The team is very professional with great communication skills - they are always willing to help you out any time of day or night! I was able solve my problem in just one call (and it wasn't even an emergency).

Sometimes there can be some delays when submitting your request but that's normal given their volume so don’t worry about being too impatient!! It would have been nice if we could see our previous requests as well while making new ones instead having them only available after logging into My Account section once again from scratch which takes quite sometime sometimes due scheduling issues etc.. So far everything has gone smoothly though no major complaints at all really :) Keep up this good work guys. We're using MB mainly because 1) They offer us multiple billing options 2.)
