These balls are probably the best investment I have made in improving my 4 year old son's baseball skills. We use it to practice hitting, catching and serving in our small living room. My son plays baseball better than most kids his age, but so far he hasn't screwed up anything around the house. (The balls hit the TV at close range several times.)
