Review on KOKNIT by David Shah

I had high hopes for my experience at KOKNIT because of how excited I was to purchase there, but I came away feeling let down instead. Although they have an impressive assortment of yarns and other crafting materials, the quality of the customer service they provide is seriously lacking. I am not a native speaker of the language, so navigating their online store was challenging for me. When I asked for assistance, I received a reaction that was condescending and unhelpful. In addition, the shipping was not quick as stated, and the delivery of my purchase was significantly later than I had anticipated. When it did eventually arrive, I was dismayed to discover that the packaging had not been wrapped with the same degree of care as I had hoped it would be. The quality of the merchandise itself was satisfactory, but the experience as a whole fell far short of expectations. I had high hopes that KOKNIT would exemplify the spirit of creativity and passion that was advertised on their website, but unfortunately, I did not sense that spirit when I was shopping there. This shop is not one that I would recommend to any other international customers who are looking to buy yarn or craft materials online.
