Extra security for MedLine hospital bed

I got them as a support to increase the stability of a hospital bed With wheels on a wooden floor (it's probably Pergo but like a wooden floor) after a family member (fortunately unhurt) had fallen out of bed while getting up when one of the two wheel locks (one front right, one rear left) visibly slipped off. The extra security means a lot to me. You seem pretty sure. At first I thought they looked small, but they actually match MedLine's bedrolls perfectly.
