I like this little multi-cooker. It has a detachable jug that is easy to clean. It has high, medium and low settings so I can control my cooking. I use it at work instead of a microwave (I haven't used a microwave in 7 years!). I put food in a glass jar and put some water at the bottom of the jar. Place the glassware in the pitcher (don't let the water push the water too high. You don't want watery food). Leave it on about an hour before lunch and I've got a great hot meal with no radiation or weird uneven microwave cooking. I also reheat homemade oatmeal in it the same way and it helps. This is very convenient for preparing homemade meals for one person, e.g. a soup. If I use a regular sized pot, I overcook food. But this little guy lets me stick with smaller portions.
