It is great! But I almost sent them back.
The length of 1M was perfect for my new Axvoice VOIP setup. I wanted to install a shorter ethernet cable and wanted the higher speed that cat7 offers. They work great. However, at first I couldn't figure out how to remove the protective clear covers on each end. When I realized that, I had to laugh at myself. I suspect the engineers at HQ decided to drop all end cap removal instructions and just leave this as an IQ test for end user packaging. :)
