I have been using the product for almost 2 weeks now and have noticed that there are a number of complications with the device. On certain settings, my monitor completely loses the signal for 2 seconds and shows me nothing but a black screen. I also saw strange blue lines crossing the screen. I did some research and I'm not the only one who came across this. Many people have reported the same loss of signal, some of which happened months ago and there doesn't seem to be a fix. Using 10/12-bit color depth also causes problems for Elgato when trying to correct color. The saturation option is completely useless. Another problem that has never happened before. If it works, the picture is good and everything is fine. However, nobody can really play if the screen goes black at random intervals. I honestly wanted to give this product 5 stars but the frequent small issues and support denials are just too hard to handle.
