Sizing is NOT comparable to other USA made clothing.
Was excited to find these skirts, as they were compared in a review to the Red Hanger skirts. I've purchased every color available through ebay in the Red Hanger line.they are wonderful. This red polka-dot skirt runs very, very small in the waist and all the way down to almost knee length, where it then flares out very oddly. The material is quite shiny and extremely thin and flimsy. I would have returned it but missed the window for return.
