I would give zero stars if possible. I am a diesel engine and automatic transmission technician and I work with almost every make of medium and heavy duty truck on the market. This product doesn't even properly read the DTC on any nameplate I've ever been connected to including: Cat, Cummins, Detroit, International, Mercedes 900 and 4000; Transmission Allison, Eton; light and medium Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge; Asians do Hino & Isuzu; body controllers of any brand; ABS systems including Meritor Wabco & Bendix; etc. I've had very little success reading streams. It showed rail pressure on the Hino J08E 7.6L and Isuzu 5.2L, but not enough to justify the purchase. I went to the support site and downloaded the software updater on two different computers to update the tool and possibly solve these issues, but the updater refuses to recognize my scanner. What a waste of time and money. Why sell a product that does literally nothing for its intended purpose?
