The product needs some work but the seller is very helpful.
A clock is essential in my busy restaurant. However, we had some problems programming them to work independently. One decided to die accidentally and two stopped working. The seller was extremely helpful and communicated well in attempting to troubleshoot and replace my entire system. They even asked many questions to pass the information to the engineers to improve the product. I am willing to give them another try as the seller is very helpful. Provides system replacement updates.
