I don't know if my temple tips are very small or something but they slipped off every time I took my glasses off. Finally, I coated the outside of the temple ends with hot glue and glued the silicone parts back on. So far, so good. Do not apply glue to the inside as this will curl the silicone. As far as "anti-slip" goes, no. Silicone does not slip when new, but quickly becomes oily and very slippery. I use a knife to score the entire surface, this works for a long time, then I repeat.
