The mechanic installed the pressure gauge last week. He worked from the machine shop to the house, but the temperature only rose to 600 degrees. Directly under my other truck, the temperature rose to 900 degrees. The Caterpillar C-15 engine revved up. This week I went to get my tires balanced and when I got in the truck the pyrometer was at 200 degrees and just stays at 200 degrees. Went back to the mechanic, he had a spare Isapro gauge and his gauge goes up to 900 degrees. So the problem is in the Autometer sensor. 1 year warranty, let's see how it goes. About 20 miles and the track comes off, not good.
