Okay with some meaning.
The tilt tension control is located behind the mounting plate, three tabs need to be pressed to release. It arrived on time but with no instructions or equipment to connect the TV. Luckily I'm not disabled and have extra gear. The hanging TV looks great on hand trips. Can sit almost flat against a wall or slide out and rotate. Good price.
