Easy-to-use ID/Small Card Scanner with GREAT Technical Support

We use this product to scan insurance and ID cards into our EHR system at work and it works efficiently and communicates well. The only thing I don't like is that every time I scan if I don't select a preset I have to reset the scan filters. I have to say the tech support for this product is fantastic and every rep we have ever spoken to is very friendly and patient trying to fix the problem!

Pros

EASY PROFILE MANAGEMENT: Once this data is on your computer, you have complete control over creating and configuring scan profiles. Choose between different output types including PDF, TIFF, JPG, Searchable PDF, Word or Excel.
