This wall lamp is of very good quality, much better than what you will find in a hardware store. They come with attached cords that can be plugged into a nearby outlet or socket for a neater look, or you can cut the cords to plug directly in, which is what I chose to do. The kit comes with all the parts needed, including a wall bracket, wire nuts if you want to attach them, and clips that attach to the wall for cable management if you want to leave the cable free. It is of high quality and the finishes are exactly what we were looking for in our master bedroom. The only negative I could find was that I couldn't get my C by GE smart bulbs to work in it and had to use tadeonal LED bulbs instead. I suspect that's because they can be dimmed and don't need to supply enough voltage to turn on the smart bulbs even at full brightness. My wife prefers to turn them on and off manually anyway, so that's a plus for her.
