Review on Essentials Customizable Ergonomic High Back Support by Melisa Byers

I bought this chair in September as working from home is new. First of all the seat cushion is terrible, broke after about a week of sitting continuously. I don't even have a big butt and only weigh about 175. Second, there is no back support, unless your butt is practically dangling off your back because you're sitting so far back or your back is tilted too far forward. it is not convenient. I got the seat and back cushion separately which helped with these things but it's still not good for long term use. About a month ago the height adjustment stopped working so now the chair is constantly in the lowest position. When I pick up the chair, the wheelbase slowly lowers, but as soon as I sit down, the chair immediately lowers back to the lowest position. Luckily I'm a tall guy at 6ft 1in but wish he could be lifted a bit. I'm honestly not too happy about having to put up with this chair until I can afford the best.
