I love this dress. I'm 5ft 6" and I usually wear a size 8 dress. I decided to order a little charcoal dress that fit me perfectly. too loose and the length shows a few inches from my ankle (what used to be called tea length). There is a problem. I started panting trying on the dress. Another reviewer noted that the dress has a strong chemical smell - I don't have a very good sense of smell so I can't tell, but the fact that the dress makes me gasp definitely tells me that I love the dress so much like that I'm willing to fix it (I really don't want to return it). I will try to machine wash the dress myself. I hope this will get rid of what is stuck to the fabric. And as crazy as it sounds, I'm also planning to buy myself a burgundy dress - I love it so much! Updates - Washing the dress helped. No more breathing problems. I bought a second dress in blue. It is also pretty. However, the blue dress is more elastic than the gray one. The fabric of the two dresses is definitely not the same. The gray dress defies wrinkles. The blue dress, although packaged the same as the gray one, arrived very crumpled, like a crumpled piece of paper that needs to be smoothed out by hand. I thought if you wash it and hang it up it will smooth out the creases. It had no effect on wrinkles. I will never be able to wear this dress in this condition and I have no hope that these creases will ever smooth out. I'm afraid to use an iron on it because of the elasticity. I plan to wear it at home.
