Easy to clean for graters, vegetable cutters and slicers

I bought this because we don't have a garbage chute and I wanted to strain the hamburger fat out of the hamburgers without going down the drain. This set is perfect for what I wanted it for. This allowed the grease to drain easily and kept it from going down the sink. Haven't used the grater yet but it seems to be very durable. Cleaning was a breeze. I would recommend her!
