Attention - questionable quality assurance.
When I received this, it had no visible signs of damage to the packaging or the power supply itself, but it was rattling like a piece of plastic, or maybe a small screw was turning inside. I was embarrassed using it without knowing what was inside, so I opened it up and found a good ball of solder rolling around (see picture). This is potentially dangerous as it could short out the output terminals. That issue aside, the extension cord appears to be quite well made.
