I really like ACT products and was very pleased to read before I bought it that it was alcohol free so it shouldn't sting my mouth like and other products. Unfortunately this wasn't the case and when I gargle with it it stings but it goes away after about 30 seconds or so and then I just take my toothbrush and dip it in the little cup, I pour in a little product and brush my teeth with it and it does not burn. I'm partially disabled, so I can't stand by the sink long enough to brush my teeth with toothpaste. That's why I can use this product by my bedside and still get great results... But the old adage "no pain, no gain" applies here LOL I'll use it until it's gone, but after that I'll try another Product.
