The ease in which we have been able to configure our PBX system without having tech support from them is phenomenal! There's nothing I dislike about this product as of yet; however there may be room for improvement down the road such that it could become my favorite phone platform available today within enterprise environments (PACKET FUSION). Currently PACKETFUND has allowed us many tools at once with no issues thus far aside perhaps price being relatively high but worth every penny! Easy implementation using SIP trunks/tokens allows quick integration into existing systems where PSTN phones aren't an option due to cost or other limitations. This helps ensure business continuity when things go wrong during power outages, etc because your organization can still operate even though some employees cannot reach their offices via traditional methods like landlines while traveling overseas for example. It also makes troubleshooting easier since all devices will use one IP address allowing staff members who live remotely.
