Learning is a must when it comes to this product. BUT! When you lower it, it's AMAZING! My hair is thick and never holds a good curl with a wand or curling iron. I seriously doubted that this (other) curler would work. I actually expected to return it as soon as I received it because I had so little confidence. It curls in seconds, locks into place and my curls stay bouncy all day! If I could give that 6 stars I would.
