I try to provide feedback on everything, I think it's one of the most powerful tools consumers have, the ability to share their experiences with each other so the other person can make an informed decision. Otherwise you just throw darts. I don't usually worry about something like this because honestly it's just a bottle of water. But when I received them, I realized that this doesn't necessarily have to be the case. Lots of water bottles are sold everywhere, at sporting goods stores, Walmart, eBay and most notably Revain. But this particular brand holds ice in the form of ice even on 90 degree days during a 20 mile ride. I have two of these on my bike and I can tell you that when I finished my ride I threw out ice cubes and all the water was gone. I live in Northeast Ohio so we definitely have 80's style days and before I bought them regular water bottles I had were fully heated in half an hour. It's just amazing and the price is just as amazing. You really can't go wrong buying them, you'll be amazed by what you've done and when not. This is the main item, so just send it back.
