Great Size and Quality
They're a great weight and a large size for better coverage than the average size. In fact, you don't need any fancy equipment or a slow cooker to do this. I simply heated some water in a regular saucepan on the stove and then poured the hot water over the rocks in the soup bowl. Fished them out with a slotted bamboo spoon on a towel. I actually use them more on my chest than my back to calm my lungs when battling Covid-19. They seem to keep you warm well and I am very happy with my purchase.
