Liked the wall mount monitor mount but installation was awkward as the washers provided were too small for the VESA mount when using M4 VESA screws and VESA Use extension brackets. I had to put my own washers in. If your monitor's VESA mount uses M5 or M6 screws, there is no problem. If your VESA mount doesn't require extension brackets, no problem. However, if your VESA mount uses both M4 screws and extension mounts, the screw heads will be smaller than the mount holes and the included washers will also be smaller than the mount holes. You will need larger washers to complete the installation. I assume smaller monitors with M4 screws also use a small VESA mount standard, so extension arms would be unnecessary. My 24 inch Samsung monitor required M4 screws and extensions. Also, I'm not sure about the hinge that adjusts the vertical tilt of the monitor. It seems weak and initially the monitor hung a bit. I tightened the bolts on the pivot and the sag issue seems to be resolved for now.
