This is a fantastic little device. The one I received works great. Operation is simple: charge it up, turn it on, place your phone in the holder and it will connect instantly to deliver much richer sound for whatever was playing on the phone before connection. The position is at an angle that's optimal for viewing when you're normally seated at your desk...no Bluetooth or other connection required. All you have to do is leave the power button upright and adjust the volume on the connected device for it to work as there is no volume control. Get it, it works great!
