Anyone who complains about this backpack is likely to complain about many other things in their life. This is such a well made, versatile backpack that I use for work, travel, camping, hiking and more. It's absolutely amazing, not too big, not too small. The back is solid, which is great since I carry my laptop on the very back to work almost every day. I love it. The front pocket has several compartments as well as a special fleece pocket for sunglasses so they don't get scratched.
