Very disappointed at the moment. The sound quality was quite impressive when played from my mobile phone but very disappointing when connected to my laptop. However, this is not the basis of my rating. To be honest, the speaker is less than 3 inches in diameter, so I wasn't expecting it to have overwhelming volume or depth of sound, although I saw it was surprisingly good when played on my iPhone. Rather, my frustration, anger and final feedback is based on the fact that after two hours I can't get the two speakers to connect and work in stereo - WHY I BUY THEM! Go ahead and it's just annoying. The instructions state that when pairing, you will be looking for a specific code. Ironically, with a stereo connection, this is the same code. Ultimately, this code will never show up in the search window - EVER. Another code will appear, linking only one speaker. I sent a message to the manufacturer but there is no phone number. If I get an answer by tomorrow as promised, I might change my rating, but for now I'm disgusted. ---- Updated my post. I received a link to a video from customer service. Completed the writing steps. Still no connection. Garbage! --- Update number two. WOW. I have to say that Jonathan from customer service was VERY helpful. It took us most of the day to figure it out, but now that it has happened, I AM PLEASED. Let me update you. As you can see from above, it didn't start well. We learned that the manufacturer changed the processor without notifying the manufacturer. This changed the pairing instructions. You need to hold down the power button until you hear the "Bluetooth is on" message. Then you have to press and hold the phone button on the first speaker until it rings, then on the second speaker until it rings. After that, connect it to your audio device (computer, iPhone, iPad, etc.). You must also increase the speaker volume after pairing with the audio device. For some reason the audio drops to 0 when paired in stereo even though it's at the top in single speaker mode. After this. WOW! WOW is the only thing I can say. THESE TWO LITTLE SPEAKERS FILL MY ENTIRE OFFICE. THE SOUND IS OUTSTANDING, DEEP AND MUCH BIGGER THAN I EVER DREAMED FROM SO SMALL DEVICES POSSIBLE. I am so amazed that I went from 1 star to 5. BUY IT! Pairing is easy if you follow my instructions and the SOUND IS OFF!
