Review on Talent Pool Builder by Ashton Dahmer

It's very easy for new users to learn how the software works and use it effectively in recruiting process. The support team has been extremely helpful with any questions we have had or issues as they are always quick at responding! I would not say anything about this product because my experience was good so far but there isn't much you need to dislike here other than maybe some minor UI changes could be implemented (better placement of fields). We used TPB since its inception and never really found another application like it until now. Recruiting took less time using TBP compared to traditional methods which saved our HR department quite a bit of work/time spent looking through resumes manually.
