Seems tricky but it fixed my window
They are difficult to install, the worst thing is to remove the door panel (old Chrysler) and screw it into the mechanism, then you have to cut off the excess . Hope it lasts, I bought two because my passenger window has stopped going up and down and the driver side is wrong when closing, constant clicking if you don't stop lifting it when closing - I'll wait for it breaks to do that.
