I was a little nervous ordering it. Am I making the mistake of buying an ultra cheap laptop? I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. For the money this laptop is perfect. I've tested surfing the web, watching videos on YouTube and Netflix, etc. This laptop can handle it. This is NOT a gaming laptop. But for simple tasks like writing emails, using the app, watching YouTube, it's good enough. I had a little problem with the protective film on the screen initially, I was afraid to pull the pull tab too hard to remove it, it was stuck. I asked for support and they responded immediately, assuring me that a little more pressure would make the film work, and they were right. They were very responsive with multiple emails bounced back and forth. I find the power cord a bit short. But overall I'm happy with my purchase and what I got for the money.
