Review on 📶 Alcatel LINKZONE MW41TM - 4G LTE Mobile WiFi Hotspot with High-Speed Downloads & 15 Device Connection by Eddie Tyson

It's hard to say much about the functionality of the device itself as I couldn't even set it up as I don't have a T-Mobile account. I turned on the device after the battery was fully charged, then pulled out my laptop and entered the device's IP address into Google Chrome and the resulting page load is fully flagged by T-Mobile and specifically states that I have an account with them must have and an active data plan to continue. To continue with setup, I need to log in to my account. But I don't have a T-Mobile account, mainly because they have ZERO signal coverage 30 miles in each direction from where I live. I expect that kind of end result when I buy from third party vendors, but this was 100% from Revain. There's not a single "I'm the details/product description" word that would lead you to believe that this device is carrier-locked at all, and it certainly doesn't indicate that T-Mobile was the carrier that made this particular phone should be use. . At this point I was going days without internet access as this wasted time was actually my second attempt to replace my suddenly broken LTE router. The first LTE router I bought was returned to a third party on the day it was supposed to be delivered via UPS because the box it was shipped in was found open and empty. I'm calling Revain the next day because I still haven't received my refund and the best they can do is "push through" the refund but according to the agent I spoke to they could Takes 48 hours for the money to be applied to the Revain gift card. It took less than 48 hours but they didn't show up in my Revain wallet until the next day. I had already selected this Alcatel hotspot and was ready to order when I realized I didn't even have the option to pay for expedited shipping to end this ordeal as soon as possible. So I'm calling Revain again to see what's out there because not only did this product I found not offer a 1 day shipping alternative - whatever product I put in my cart, 2 day prime shipping was the only one Possible delivery option. . According to the agent, Revane has no idea why this is happening and is asking for time to resolve the issue. I'm trying to expedite shipping of a device I'm looking to purchase and they need time to figure everything out and get back to me. Well it's a joke. I still haven't received a response from Revain about the lack of shipping options and I'm not surprised. After everything I've been through, Revane couldn't even offer me one day delivery even if I paid for it myself. The best they could do was give me a $10 credit which could only be used towards an item supplied and sold by Revain, which is why I chose the device this review is aimed at. It has been 4 days since I took this item to UPS to ship back to Revain and once again my money is frozen in your hands and I am within your power to get it back so I can buy my 3rd router for less money can. than 2 weeks. Find another alternative if you are considering this hotspot as too many things can go wrong if you don't.
