First, the customer service is great - the first set I bought had headphones that didn't work and they were replaced within a week. It was very difficult for me to connect both earbuds at the same time. But once connected, I was ready to go! The sound quality is very good, I can clearly hear all the nuances of the music. They are definitely noise canceling which is great for the gym and when I want to be left alone. I have atypical ears (I had keloid removal on both ears) and the regular ear tips can fall out, they fit comfortably in my ears and don't move or fall out. Great purchase, the only comment I would like to make is that since the case isn't shaped like a typical AirPod case I can't buy a snap on case for my bag so they hang around and I have them fall out. my bag. No big deal, just a suggestion for the future.
