This is a great device. I can buy 1 1/2 pounds.
Great gadget. I can buy 1 1/2 pounds of a good hamburger and make a few perfect patties - I use two - and just store the rest in plastic containers in the freezer. I didn't have much trouble removing the caps - they are reliable - but it's good! Defrost in the microwave directly in the container, then place on the grill.
