Review on Temperature Controlled Insulated Material Handling Products: Pack with Confidence by Tammy Hines

I am sure this item is suitable for shipping items that do not need to be stored at a specific temperature. I was trying to ship a cheesecake and ran a test to see how long a large ice pack would stay frozen. Within 4 hours the ice pack pretty much melted and condensation was seeping through the liner. Like I said, it wasn't ideal for me. In the end I sent the item back.
