It's easy to use as it has all of your software in one place! I dislike that you cannot have multiple users using poms at once unless they are both admins or subadmins (which can be tricky). You must create separate accounts if there needs to be more than 1 user working with the same files/accounts simultaneously - which makes sense because we need different permissions but would like them able work together without having 2 seperate instances open up instead just being within our own instance when collaborating. We've been solving problems related specifically to how projects get organized so this program fits right into where most people struggle. Now everyone knows what their job title should look like before starting each new task and who owns exactly what information about said tasks etc. This helps us keep track much better now since everything used to fall through cracks sometimes during my predecessor days' sloppy organization methods.
