POMS Review

It's easy to use as it has all of your software in one place! I dislike that you cannot have multiple users using poms at once unless they are both admins or subadmins (which can be tricky). You must create separate accounts if there needs to be more than 1 user working with the same files/accounts simultaneously - which makes sense because we need different permissions but would like them able work together without having 2 seperate instances open up instead just being within our own instance…

I like the ability to be able to create a task and add comments and assign it to a person. It's a great way to keep track of what is going on in the project. It's also a great way to keep track of who has been assigned to what. It is not an all-inclusive project management tool. You can't create a project schedule or manage milestones. the user could easily find his work related information in a smooth way. There are lot of options to configure so it helps the user to find the way he requires. The customization is costly. I also dont think the customer support is the best. I have worked with the products of POMS in the past. They are a very good user friendly and are really effective. I would like to recommend their products to my company. The cost factor has been a reason for the rejection of their products. I had to use 3rd
