the user could easily find his work related information in a smooth way. There are lot of options to configure so it helps the user to find the way he requires. The customization is costly. I also dont think the customer support is the best. I have worked with the products of POMS in the past. They are a very good user friendly and are really effective. I would like to recommend their products to my company. The cost factor has been a reason for the rejection of their products. I had to use 3rd party applications. I think the products of POMS are not so much costly but the cost of the customization makes it expensive. Their products provide an open access platform of the project work where the data and information of the project can be accessed and managed by the users in real time. It is a great tool for all kinds of projects. It is easy to use, very flexible and has a lot of possibilities. I would prefer more templates for the different phases of a project. Also, the search function for documents is not always very good. I use it for all kinds of projects. It is a great tool to organize projects. It is easy to use and a lot of people like to use it.
