I have the best NiMH battery charger but ever since I started using high power LED flashlights I've needed something for 3.7v Li-ion batteries. I chose the Snado Universal Smart Charger because it can charge all types of Lithium Ion batteries I use (and many others) as well as charge NiMH/NiCd batteries. Retractable battery holders allow different size batteries to be used in each slot, and the display shows the voltage, current and percentage of charge for each battery, as well as a button to select each battery individually for more information. The second button allows you to set the input current. No power bank is included, but you can connect the included USB cable to any USB wall charger, car charger or computer. The quality and features are exceptionally good for a device in this price range. I highly recommend this product.
