Although it is laudable that TAKSTAR's goal is to give exceptional sound quality and performance at a price range that is affordable, the online store does not live up to expectations when it comes to international shipping. I am a visitor from another country, and I found the procedure for shipping items to be puzzling and not very user-friendly. Frustratingly, there were neither clear instructions nor options for choosing a shipping method, and the prices associated with shipping were quite high. In addition, the customer service did not respond quickly or offer any assistance in fixing the issues I was having with the shipping. If you are located outside of TAKSTAR's home market, I would not advocate making a purchase from the store until such time as the company perfects its system for handling international shipments.
