So far it has been a great experience!
The ability for us as an organization with multiple locations in various states across North America can now have our voice traffic seamlessly routed between offices without having any issues or downtime! No more worrying about getting calls dropped because your office was too far away geographically than being able to call into another location that may be further out but has better reception due its proximity by miles rather then time zone differences.
We are still working through some kinks such as making sure we don't get billed twice when calling outside areas where there isn’t coverage yet (we use it at work). Also not all carriers support this service so make certain you know what carrier will route those VoIP phone numbers before purchasing them if they do offer one like Verizon does since I believe their number porting services include VOIp's also.
