Easy to use, powerful features that help our teams collaborate in real time with one another across multiple locations. It is easy enough for end users but not so complicated as to be difficult or intimidating even if you are new at using it. Very helpful when I am trying to find someone who has used this software before me! We have been able solve some customer problems by having all employees share information about their tasks within the app via chat functionality in the mobile version. This allows us to provide an accurate picture of what each employee's task looks like without asking them directly which helps expedite resolution of issues.
