Too hard plastic and poor packaging

I was hoping it would be a softer nylon with some elasticity to reduce vibration and hold the nut in place. Unfortunately, the material used is hard and brittle. I don't think it can last long outside with daily temperature swings. Bad product. The packaging is not very good, so different sizes are mixed in the box. The foam sheet on top of the box was too thin to hold the pucks in the box.
