I found two positive things about this vacuum cleaner. The suction was good and it was bagged which meant you didn't have to empty the litter box which gets very old. I tried really hard to like it but it just didn't work and I sent it back. I was addicted to cordless vacuums after using a Hoover cordless vacuum for over five years. Unfortunately, this model has been discontinued, otherwise I would buy it again. The first Hoover Cordless came with two battery packs, so if one died you had the other. It was a great feature. The battery in this model didn't last more than 15 minutes on a charge, and since there was only one battery, you were out of luck. Not good. In addition, he was clumsy and not very agile, he did not go well under furniture. Mr. Hoover, please return to the drawing board. Your products need to improve while keeping up with customer expectations.
