My biggest problem with this is that it doesn't cover the whole ear and my ears are small and it gives me pain in the right ear that other headphones don't have. Another issue is that the bottom volume button doesn't work. The speaker mute, microphone mute and volume up buttons work fine. The cable length is more than sufficient, the sound quality is good. The microphone makes me a little quiet. Also, it's not wireless, which I prefer, but it's not what a headset should be. But the wireless version will get a different start. If the volume down button worked and didn't damage my right ear, it would have gotten 4 stars.
