Predictive Marketing - Helping us be more personal and targeted

The ability for us as marketers at our organization (a healthcare system) was able figure out where we could be improving in front of an audience or prospect by using data from their past interactions within social media platforms like Twitter & Facebook - this allowed me personally more insight into what I needed/should work towards when communicating via those channels again! There's nothing specifically dislike about predictively cx but it does not offer any additional features over competitors such as Hubspot which also offers predictive analysis capabilities without costing users money per month? It would have been nice if they were similar offerings so both companies had something available rather than just one being great while other fell short compared to competitor offering(s).

Utilizing Predictive Marketing tools has helped my team become much wiser consumers through understanding how each person interacts differently online allowing them to personalize messages accordingly leading up to events / campaigns etc.?
