Just didn't work - mouth sore relief

Bought hoping to reduce teeth grinding while sleeping. Perhaps the instructions should be more detailed. They were basically "cook, bite and go". After cooking I basically had a ball of mucus that was difficult to get in my mouth and then stay in place again. Luckily I have three more forms to refine the trial and error process.
