This patch is amazing compared to some cheaper patches. I recently upgraded my clumsy Eachine Box (800d) Fat Shark HDOS goggles with True D and was initially a little disappointed with the very subtle improvement in long range reception (over 600ft) when using two omnidirectional antennas. After installing this patch, however, I was able to fly about 1.5 km in the video without interruptions. It feels like my first time flying in fpv without drunk googles. There are a few more expensive patches here that might work even better, but this one is perfect for me. One thing I want to emphasize is the orientation of the connector. If your other antenna has a 90 degree SMA connector, you may have trouble installing it without a 90 degree or even 45 degree SMA connector. If you tend to look down when flying like I do, dial 90 and tilt it slightly so the Omni fits at a slight angle. I just got the Rapidfire module, I'll update if there's a noticeable change in performance, but I have a feeling this antenna will work fine :)
