I've been using Bio Active for about a year and have had no problems. I recently decided to do a test to see if it really works. So here's the story: I converted my garage into a 1 bedroom condo and installed a separate septic tank which was an additional 275 gallon plastic tank with two 50 foot leach lines. I was worried the tank wasn't big enough and I was worried it might overflow. So I took a 1 liter plastic bottle and put in solid human waste and some toilet paper with some urine. a tiny piece from the corner of the bioactive bag and place it in the jar. I closed everything and put it in a dark place. I was going to wait a week before checking in but I was impatient so I checked after two days. I couldn't believe it. The human excrement was almost completely dissolved, and the tissue paper was about half apart, but not that far. Judging by two days, I expect there will be nothing but liquid in the glass in a week. I will update in a week. All I can say is that the stuff really works and I don't have to worry about my tank capacity. (And it smells a bit too!)
