This is actually the second wrench I've bought. The pins of the first (can't remember the brand) were too big to fit in the pulley grooves. I had to enlarge them. Shley was purchased in anticipation of replacing the tensioner. I thought the previous tensioner didn't have standard size holes. So, new tensioner (Gates), new wrench (Schley), I still had to grind the pins in diameter as they didn't fit in the pulley holes. So I did, but I don't know what happened to the size difference with the tool and pulley.
